Cascina Martina è un affascinante casolare, costruito alla fine dell’800 in una piccola borgata sulle colline di Dogliani.
Un rustico dal sapore antico dove il tempo sembra non essere trascorso, scandito dalle stagioni e dal lavoro a contatto con la terra che ancora oggi viene trattata con il minimo impatto ambientale e senza l’uso di diserbanti e pesticidi. Grazie a questa attenzione abbiamo ottenuto la certificazione di Ecolabel.
La posizione privilegiata offre tutt’intorno scorci naturalistici e ampio respiro. Immersa tra vigneti, frutteti e noccioli, profumi, colori e suoni della natura è il luogo ideale dove trascorrere momenti rilassanti alla scoperta della storia, della cultura e delle tradizioni delle Langhe. A poca distanza dai più importanti centri enogastronomici del Piemonte come Alba, Barolo, La Morra, Farigliano e Carrù, conosciuti nel mondo per i loro vini pregiati, i formaggi e le carni di qualità.
The Farmhouse
Built at the end of the XIX century, Cascina Martina is a charming farm situated in a small village on the hills of Dogliani. A farm with the scent of past flavours, where time seems to have come to a standstill, marked by the changing seasons and by working in straight contact with the land, respecting the environment by choosing not to use herbicides and pesticides. Thanks to this awareness, Cascina Martina has earned itself the Ecolabel certification.
Its privileged position offers breathtaking scenarios. Immersed among the vineyards, fruit and hazelnut trees, surrounded by colours and the sounds of nature, it is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday, discovering the history, culture, and traditions of the Langhe valleys. Not far from the most reknown wine and food centres in Piedmont, such as Alba, Barolo, La Morra, Farigliano and Carrù, known worldwide for their rare wines, cheeses and high-quality meats.
Cascina Martina est une ferme fascinante, construite à la fin du XIXème siècle, dans un petit bourg sur les collines de Dogliani.
Une habitation rustique au goût antique où le temps semble s’être arrêté, rythmé par les saisons et les travaux au contact de la terre.
Ici l’agriculture est encore pratiquée avec le minimum d’impact environnemental et sans l’utilisation de désherbant et pesticide. Grâce à cette attention, nous avons obtenu la certification Ecolabel.
La position privilègiée du site offre un spectacle naturel et un grand panorama.
Immergée dans les vignes, vergers et noisetiers, où les parfums, les couleurs et les bruits de la nature se perçoivent, Cascina Martina est un lieu idéal où passer des moments relaxants à la découverte de l’Histoire, de la culture et des traditions des Langhe.
Elle est située près des plus importants centres enogastronomiques du Piémont comme Alba, Barolo, La Morra, Fargliano et Carrù, connus dans le monde pour leurs vins prisés, leurs fromages et leurs viandes de qualité.
Das Bauernhof
Cascina Martina ist ein faszinierender Bauernhof (Farm), gebaut am Ende des XIX Jahrhunderts in einem kleinen Dorf auf den Hügeln von Dogliani. Ein Bauer vom alten Geschmack, wo die Zeit scheint angehalten zu haben und, es wird noch von der Jahreszeit und vom Job artikuliert, um sich mit der Erde in Verbindung zu setzen.
Hier wird Landwirtschaft heute noch mit dem kleinsten Umwelteinfluß und ohne den Gebrauch von Unkrautvertilgungsmitteln und Schädlingsbekämpfungsmitteln ausgeübt. Dank dieser Aufmerksamkeit haben wir die Bescheinigung von Ecolabel erhalten.
Die privilegierte Position bietet natürliche Shows und von großem Atem an.
Absorbiert unter Weinbergen sind Frucht und Haselnuß-Baum, wo die Parfüme Farben und die Töne der Natur wahrgenommen werden, es der ideale Platz, entspannende Momente zur Entdeckung der Geschichte der Kultur und der Traditionen des Langhe ob zu verbringen (auszugeben).
Es ist zu wenig Entfernung vom wichtigsten Wein und Nahrungsmittelzentren Piemonts als Alba, Barolo, La Morra, Farigliano und Carrù, bekannt in der Welt für ihr geschätzt.

Posto magnifico,a pochi km dalla “vita” ma nel cuore pulsante della natura,dove sembra che la vita si fermi ed invece inizia…Ettore ed Alessia,che dire di loro due splendide persone,gentili,affabili e di ottima compagnia.Il cibo fresco e di ottima fattura con profumi ed aromi d’ altri tempi,come d’altronde il vino,particolare.
Senza nulla togliere alle altre prelibatezze servite,va fatto un’elogio alle acciughe con un bagnetto degno di nota,il risotto ai funghi delicato e gustoso,il coniglio al sugo di olive squisito,ma soprattutto un Bunet della nonna.. apoteosi dei sensi.
A proposito del vino,non vedo l’ora di vedere la nuova etichetta del dolcetto 2008,o sbaglio annata?
